My experience as a Biology Educator at Narayana E-Techno & Olympiad School has been a dynamic journey of academic rigor, pedagogical growth, and student-centered teaching. Working within a structured CBSE ecosystem aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP), I have had the opportunity to teach Biology to Classes IX and X while contributing to a competency-driven and future-ready educational framework.

Working within the frameworks of the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) and IGCSE curricula allowed me to broaden my pedagogical perspective and gain deeper insights into inquiry-based and learner-centered teaching methodologies.
